Job Title: Executive Manager, Human Resources and Admin
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the SSC administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Responsible for coordinating RFP process, issuing and reviewing contracts in line with services provided.
• Work collaboratively with General managers across the sectors, HR teams, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Develop tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, including but not limited to the SSC core functions.
• In consultation with the legal team, resolve complex employee relations issues in a balanced, fair and objective manner, using appropriate counseling, investigative, intervention and mediation techniques.
• Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans.
• Develop the company’s performance management process from SSC standpoint and facilitate improvement of performance management systems and training for domestic and international staff.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration for the performance (and its related Companies) employees.
Job Requirements
• A first degree; Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Must have served in management position for a least 10 years
• Professional certification in HRM
• Strong Leadership and organization Skills
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, etc.)
